About me

Fitness became a turning point in my life. It helped me become stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself. That personal transformation inspired me to study Sports Science and turn my passion into a profession.

Through my studies and the past years of experience working with clients, I’ve learned how powerful the right training approach can be — not only for changing your body, but also for building confidence, discipline, energy, and a stronger mindset.

Now, my goal is to help others experience that same transformation.
